“Healthify” who?

Hi! I’m Marinel and welcome to Healthify My Life. This is my journey to living a life that is healthy, well-balanced, and fulfilled. That being said, I love to eat just as much as I enjoy cooking. I’m in love with a great guy and Max(our Boston Terrier).  I have a passion for traveling and simply experiencing new things. Just started Bikram Yoga and meditating and looking forward to engaging in many more activities.

This blog is as a way to remind myself that there isn’t just one definition of healthy. That “Healthy” is not just physically but also emotionally and spiritually.  I will be documenting my journey to everyday living an overall happier Life!
